Lost or Stolen VISA Card:

If you have a lost or stolen VISA card, the loss must be reported during regular business hours or call the VISA hotline at 1-800-453-4270.

Lost or Stolen Checkbook: 

Contact the Credit Union at 1-800-444-4816.

Falcon Fraud Monitoring: 

Falcon is a service we utilize to monitor signature-based debit and credit card transactions for fraudulent activity. If you miss the phone call you can contact the Falcon call center at 1-800-437-9392.
