We continue to encourage the use of Digital Banking, ATMs, drive-up service and telephone self-service for your financial needs whenever possible.

Appointments are recommended. Please keep the following in mind as you visit a branch:

Those with appointments will have priority to enter. A team member will greet you at the door before you enter the building. We are limiting the number of people in each branch in order to maintain proper social distancing guidelines and for well-being of our members and staff. We ask for your patience as we serve each of our members.

We recognize you may be struggling to make ends meet due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus. As a member of the Credit Union of Colorado, we want you to know we are here to help you find the right financial solution. The following options are designed to help lessen the financial impact for you.


By participating in the Skip-a-Payment program, you can skip three payments on each of your Credit Union of Colorado loans.* This gives you a chance to have the extra money you need by allowing you to skip three payments on certain loans.

Skip-a-Payment program includes home equity line of credit, car loans, VISA lines of credit, share loans, personal loans, recreational vehicle loans and other secured loans.**

Flex Choice auto loans are eligible to skip up to two payments.

*This program is available to qualifying members with accounts and loans in good standing, who have made the first payment on their loan, and had no late payments in the past 12 months. Normal finance charges will continue to accrue during the Skip-a-Payment period. This Skip-a-Payment offer will result in your loan term being extended. **Not available on business lines of credit. GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) benefit may be reduced. This offer is subject to change at any time.

Emergency Relief Loan Program

For current members who are adversely affected by this health crisis, we are offering an 18 month loan at 4.0% up to one month's gross pay not to exceed $5000.

Overdraft and NSF Forgiveness

If you reach your overdraft limit or incur undue NSF’s during this period, please contact us. We will work with you in order to increase your limit and/or waive NSF’s during this time period.

Small Businesses

If you are a business member, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering low-interest loans to small businesses as part of the national response to the economic emergency. For more information including additional small business guidance and loan resources, please visit

You can bank from your phone or computer with our online and mobile banking features. Digital Banking (both mobile and online) is secure and can be used anywhere, and it has expanded features to replace your in-branch experience, including:

  • Check the balance of your accounts
  • Transfer funds
  • Deposit checks
  • Pay bills
  • Put a stop payment on a check
  • Review past statements
  • Check your credit score
  • Apply for a loan or request a credit line increase

Just like always, your credit and debit cards give you immediate access to your money. And you can use them anywhere Visa® is accepted.

You can call us at 1-800-444-4816 to check balances, make loan payments, verify funds on a check, and more. Please note many of these transactions can be done using Digital Banking functions, eliminating any wait time you may experience by calling us directly.

What can you do to help stay healthy

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is asking everyone to wear a non-medical cloth face covering while out in public for necessary activities.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
