You still get to keep everything you love about Bill Pay and Mobile Deposits. Plus, you can also access your account from Apple Watch and other wearables!

We are always looking for ways to improve your member experience at Credit Union of Colorado. This upgrade brings you a more streamlined, easy-to-use interface with responsive design that will adjust to fit the screen of any device you are using. Updated multifactor authentication and passcodes offer the best security for your peace of mind. We are also introducing new money management tools to enhance your digital banking experience.

We plan to convert to the new digital banking solution March 8-11, 2019.

The new platform will include the same Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit & wearables access. We recommend downloading your bill payment history as an archive and exporting all of the notes you have added to transactions.

See the Account Settings FAQ section for more information about how to download your transaction history from the existing Online Banking system.

Manually entered transactions will not be converted. Please take note of any manual transactions that you entered prior to March 8th.

To ensure you receive the best Online Banking experience, we always recommend you utilize the most current browser, so make sure you are allowing your internet browser to automatically update.

You can use the same username on your account in the new digital banking.  We will require a new password for all accounts due to the increased security of the new system. All of your memberships will be available from a single login. 

Note: Business accounts will have a separate login.

Once you are enrolled, fingerprint and face ID will be available depending on your device. The new platform will automatically identify the type of device you are using to log in and will present the correct options.

Yes. Joint account holders will need to create their own username and password to login to the new digital banking platform.

You will need to create new security questions and answers as part of account set up in digital banking.

You can easily enroll from our home page. Simply click the “Enroll Now” button. You will need to provide your date of birth, social security number and membership number.

If you haven't accessed your account for over 12 months, you will need to contact a member advocate to enroll in the new digital banking.

No. Your membership number and account numbers will remain the same.

Account Transaction Alerts and Balance Alerts will automatically transfer to the new system. The alert configuration in the new digital banking has a different, set of options, so we recommend reviewing the new settings in the system.

No. Bill Pay and your recurring transfers will be automatically converted to the new system.

You can download your transaction history by logging into the existing Online Banking platform and selecting an account from the Account Summary page. Once you are in the Transaction History page for the account, select the Options link. From here you can download your transactions as a .csv file.

You can expect to see the following in your account profile within Digital Banking:

  • Transaction History
  • E-Statements
  • Email Addresses and Phone Numbers Associated with Account
  • Account Transaction Alerts and Balance Alerts
  • Loan Payment History

Quicken and Quickbooks downloads will be available on March 19th.

The following is a list of supported browsers:

  • Chrome : 68.x and above
  • Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge : 10.x and above
  • Mozilla Firefox : 60.x and above
  • Safari : 10.x and above

iOS users will be able to upgrade the current mobile banking app to the new system.

Android users will need to delete the current app and download the new one. (Please wait until the new app is released before deleting your current app.)
