Dallas graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1996 and earned an MBA from Colorado Mesa University in 2002. In 2012, he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner after completing the Personal Financial Planning program at the College for Financial Planning. He also holds advanced certifications in Connect for Health Colorado, Medicare insurance company certifications, and property and casualty insurance.

He has extensive experience supporting a variety of needs including Advanced Retirement Planning with Medicare and Long Term Care Insurance integration, Colorado State Employees, K-12 educators, small business owners, retired military, and family/individual investment and insurance planning. 

Coming from a military family in the U.S. Marine Corps, Dallas has lived in Grand Junction, Colorado, for 27 years with his wife, Lisa. Their son is currently studying criminal law at the University of Nebraska. Outside of work, Dallas enjoys spending time with his family and scuba diving as a Master Diver around the world.
