Multi-Factor Authentication
To keep your accounts safe, Credit Union of Colorado requires a multi-factor authentication process. When a sign-in attempt comes from a new or unfamiliar device, you may be asked to verify your identity before gaining access to your account.
Is your password secure? Here are a few tips to follow for creating a password:
- Must be case sensitive
- Not the same as your account number/username
- Between 8-20 characters long
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain only letters, numbers, and special characters such as ~!@#$%^&?*+=
Advanced Device Security
Give your account an extra layer of protection by allowing you to designate trusted mobile devices. This helps keep your account secure by ensuring access to only the devices you control. Get notified if someone tries to access your account from an unrecognized device, which safeguards your account, even if your password may be compromised. Read our blog about Advanced Device Security and how to enroll in digital banking.

All email you send to Credit Union of Colorado through our online banking platform is sent securely, protecting your sensitive personal information.
