Online Banking Browser Requirements

To ensure you receive the best and most secure Online Banking experience, we always recommend you utilize the most current browser. The following is a list of supported browsers:

Operating System

Windows

  • If you are running Windows 98, Windows XP, or Windows Vista you will need to update to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. This may require new PC hardware.
  • If you are running Windows 8, you will need to update to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
  • If you are running Windows 7, make sure you have Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed and are using Internet Explorer 11 or a 3rd party browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Consider upgrading to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

Mac

  • If you are running Apple OS X, you will need to upgrade to at least OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and Safari 9.  

Other Operating Systems

  • If you are running Linux or other operating systems, please contact your operating system provider for more information.

Mobile

  • Android users who choose to use our full online banking website on their mobile device will need to update to Android 5 or higher. Please backup your device and consult your device manufacturer for instructions.
  • iOS users who choose to use our full online banking website on their Apple device will need to update to at least iOS 6. iOS 9 is recommended.  Backup your device, launch Settings, tap General, tap Software Update and follow the prompts.

It is good practice to allow your internet browser to automatically update so you always have the most secure browsing experience.
