The Credit Union of Colorado Skip-a-Payment program allows you to skip one upcoming eligible loan payment (within a four month window). We offer the option to skip a payment every 12 months on eligible loans.

It may be helpful to have a recent loan statement available for completing the Skip-a-Payment authorization form. If you are enrolled in e-statements, you can obtain one by logging into your Digital Banking account.

  • Skip-a-payment is currently under maintenance

Your loan is not eligible for the Skip-a-Payment program if any of the following apply:
  • Your loan has an ID of 70 through 99 (please refer to your statement to find your loan ID)
  • The Credit Union has sustained a loss on your account or any accounts where you are a joint owner/borrower
  • You have a negative share balance (regardless of share type)
  • Your loan has force-placed insurance (CPI Insurance)
  • You have not yet made your first loan payment
Not available on first mortgages, second mortgages, share loans, FlexChoice Auto Loans, certificate of deposit loans and business accounts. Additional restrictions may apply. Please contact a member advocate if you have any questions about program eligibility.
