Why is Quickbooks/Quicken no longer integrated with my Digital Banking access?
We've upgraded how digital banking connects to QuickBooks and Quicken to make the process more streamlined for your business.
To help everything run smoothly, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect your business account:
- Open QuickBooks/Quicken
- Go to Connected Accounts
- Select your CUofCO account and select Disconnect
- Choose Add Account, then search for Credit Union of Colorado
- Sign in and complete any authentication steps
- Make sure your transactions are running smoothly
You may notice a short interruption in service during the switch, but once reconnected, everything should be working as normal.
