The Cañon City, Colorado Springs and Thornton branches will be temporarily closed to walk-ins. Please use the drive-up service or schedule an appointment.

We continue to encourage the use of Digital Banking, ATMs and telephone self-service for your financial needs whenever possible.
 

We encourage the continued use of drive-ups and ATMs during this time as well.

Branch lobbies are open for limited walk-in traffic.

Please keep the following in mind as you visit a branch:

Those with appointments will have priority to enter. A team member will greet you at the door before you enter the building. We are limiting the number of people in each branch in order to maintain proper social distancing guidelines and for well-being of our members and staff. We ask for your patience as we serve each of our members.


All persons entering the building are required to:

Wear protective face covering.

Practice social distance guidelines.

Do not enter if you have a cough or a fever.

Change or Cancel Appointment - if you need to change or cancel an appointment after making it, please contact our Member Service Contact Center between 7:30 AM and 6 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM Saturdays at 800-444-4816 and let them know you would like to change an appointment made on-line.
