How can I set up an Account Alert in Digital Banking?

Account alerts are a great way to keep tabs on your account balances. 

Using our mobile app

  1. Select the Menu, then select Alert Settings
  2. Choose the type of alert that you would like to set, including Account Specific Alerts and Do-Not-Disturb.  
  3. Under the alert type you would like to set, select Add to add a new alert.
  4. Configure the alert settings, then select Save.  
  5. After you have set and saved your alert, you have the option to edit or remove the alert from the same menu.  
  6. Under Alert Settings, select Alert Preferences to review and update your settings for Push Notifications, SMS Alerts, and Email alerts. Select Save to save any changes.  

 

Using a web browser

  1. Under related links, select Alert Settings or select More, then select Alert Settings.  
  2. Use the Alert Preferences tab to review and update your settings for Push Notifications, SMS Alerts, and Email alerts. You will see a confirmation message for any changes that are made on this screen.  
  3. Use the tabs to navigate to the type of alert that you would like to set, including Do-Not-Disturb and Account-specific alerts.
  4. Under the alert type you would like to set, select Add a new Alert.
  5. Configure the alert settings, then select Save.  
  6. After you have set and saved your alert, you have the option to edit or remove the alert from the same menu.
