How can I set up an Account Alert in Digital Banking?
Account alerts are a great way to keep tabs on your account balances.
Using our mobile app
- Select the Menu, then select Alert Settings
- Choose the type of alert that you would like to set, including Account Specific Alerts and Do-Not-Disturb.
- Under the alert type you would like to set, select Add to add a new alert.
- Configure the alert settings, then select Save.
- After you have set and saved your alert, you have the option to edit or remove the alert from the same menu.
- Under Alert Settings, select Alert Preferences to review and update your settings for Push Notifications, SMS Alerts, and Email alerts. Select Save to save any changes.
Using a web browser
- Under related links, select Alert Settings or select More, then select Alert Settings.
- Use the Alert Preferences tab to review and update your settings for Push Notifications, SMS Alerts, and Email alerts. You will see a confirmation message for any changes that are made on this screen.
- Use the tabs to navigate to the type of alert that you would like to set, including Do-Not-Disturb and Account-specific alerts.
- Under the alert type you would like to set, select Add a new Alert.
- Configure the alert settings, then select Save.
- After you have set and saved your alert, you have the option to edit or remove the alert from the same menu.
