How do I add someone to my account?

We will need you to complete a form to add a person to your account. The form will need to be notarized. The form and a copy of their identification can be dropped off or mailed to a branch. The person being added is allowing us access to pull their credit report and ChexSystems report. After the reports are reviewed, the person being added will receive a phone call (if remote) or will be notified on the spot if we have approved or denied them to this account.
