View steps to learn how to add an external account on our mobile app and within digital banking.

To add a new external account when logged into digital banking on the mobile app, please complete the following steps. 

• Within the Pay/Transfer tab, select Account Management under Manage.
• Select Add Person or Business.
• Enter the Name of Person or Business for the external account and select Next.
• Select Add Account.
•  Under Payment Type, choose External Account.

To add a new external account when logged into digital banking on your desktop, please complete the following steps. 

• Within the Pay/Transfer tab, go to Manage and select Add a new account.
• Enter the Name of Person or Business for the external account.
• Select Add Account, then choose External account as the Account type.
• If you are adding your own external account, select Yes, I know my credentials

All CUofCO branches close for federally recognized holidays. Normal hours resume the next business day, and members can access accounts anytime through online banking, the mobile app, and ATMs.
